At our bagel store, we believe that the key to making great bagels lies in using the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. Our bagels are made with a combination of high gluten flour, brown sugar, malt, salt, and yeast. The high gluten flour gives our bagels their signature chewy texture, while the brown sugar and malt add a touch of sweetness and depth of flavor. The salt helps to enhance the overall flavor of the bagels, while the yeast is what gives them their rise and airy texture.
For our eggs bagels and eggs everything bagels, we include fresh eggs in the dough along with the other key ingredients. This gives the bagels an added richness and depth of flavor. However, for customers who are allergic to eggs or prefer not to have them in their bagels, we offer a variety of egg-free options as well.
